We have had No. 3 transferred now to a new file on propaganda in the Far East. This subject is coming very much to the fore with the interest which Mr. R.A. Butler and the Far Eastern Committee are now showing in it.

Mr. Dening, in the Far East Dept. of the Foreign Office, spoke to me yesterday about Nos. 2 and 4, and if you approve I should like to write to Mr. Ashley Clarke as in draft herewith.
